Managers of WRDR, Katie Napier and Christy Ely, attended the final year of the American Girl Fashion Show held by Easter Seals Joliet Region, Inc. this past Saturday, November 19, 2016. The American Girl Fashion Show is a fun-filled event for girls and their families, friends, and favorite dolls. Easter Seals Joliet Region hosted 3 shows at the Jacob Henry Mansion Estate in Joliet. Each show featured an elegant meal, door prizes, raffles and an experience of learning how clothing has changed over the years to reflect history, culture and girls’ individual styles. Christy Ely’s daughter, Addy, and niece, Harper, were models. Proceeds benefit children with disabilities at Easter Seals Regional Pediatric Center.
