Robert W. Owens,
C.P.A., B.S., in Accounting from Illinois State University and twenty-nine years experience in public accounting. Member of the Illinois C.P.A. Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Experience in auditing many varied types of governmental entities, not-for-profit organizations and commercial enterprises. Mr. Owens has previously served on the Agribusiness and Construction Contractor Committees of the Illinois CPA Society and currently is a member of the Auditing Services Committee of that organization.

Mary E. Lancaster,

C.P.A., B.A., in Accounting from Lewis University and fourteen years of experience in public accounting. Member of the Illinois C.P.A. Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Experience in auditing government entities, health care organizations, cities, villages, fire protection districts, sanitary districts and not-for-profit organizations.


Gregory P. Miller,
C.P.A., a graduate of DePaul University with over thirty years of experience on all levels of public accounting, big six CPA firm, medium sized firm and sole proprietorship. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and past chairman if the Governmental Report Review Committee of the Society and has been active in governmental continuing education program planning for many years. His experience in auditing governmental and not-for-profit entities includes park districts, special recreation associations, school districts, cities, and villages, fire protection districts, sanitary districts, State of Illinois agencies, colleges, labor unions and other not-for-profit organizations.

Natalie A. Manley
Staff Accountant: Graduate of University of St. Francis, Joliet, has worked for Wermer, Rogers Doran, and Ruzon since 1999. Experience in auditing government entities, park districts, schools, not-for-profit organizations and tax preparation for individuals, corporate, trust, and partnership entities. Further experience includes compilation and review services, preparation and filing State of Illinois Campaign Disclosure Reports, and cash management support services.

Daryl Miller
B.A. Parsons College in Biology Education with a Mathamatics minor. Taught junior high school mathematics for six years. Ten courses in accounting at DePaul University Chicago. Two and a half years in public accounting. Seven years private industry. Nine courses in Computer Science (programming and operating systems) at North Central College with one at the Masters level. Twenty-two years with Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Doran performing computers systems installations and management functions. Six years as an adjunct instructor in Computer Science at Joliet Junior College.

Theresa Flowers
Theresa is a Certified Quickbooks Professional Advisor and has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Joliet Junior College. She has over 20 years bookkeeping/accounting experience. Theresa is our Accounting Manager and she has worked over 6 years in public accounting and 14 years in the private sector. She has also been working with Quickbooks since 1997, using it in day to day operations and instructing others in use of the program. Her responsibilities in the firm include reviewing financials and workpapers, along with normal bookkeeping responsibilities.

Lisa Belcher,
Employed with the firm for over 15 years. My duties over the years have included the operation of the main switchboard, oversee and daily maintenance of the Firm's Visual Time Management system, which includes the updating of employee time and expenses, billing and collections and monthly reporting. Assist Partner's with various administrative tasks. Reconciliation of monthly and quarterly bookkeeping clients which consist of financial statement preparation, reconciliation of various accounts, sales tax and payroll tax return preparation.

David M. Meyer
C.P.A., has a B.S., in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and twelve years experience in public accounting. Member of the Illinois Association of School Business Officials. His experience in auditing includes counties, cities, villages, townships, school districts, pension funds, not-for-profit organizations and agencies of the State of Illinois.

15 years experience in both corporate and public accounting.
